What is Breathwork?

Breathwork & Sound Baths among other healing modalities are used during each session. Each is customized to the individual & relationship needs and what they are experiencing in life. Untangling old stories, stuck energy and breathing in clarity and healing.


Breathwork is a means of inducing an altered state of consciousness through full and connected breathing. An energy charge is created in the body, and as the energy disperses, it serves to release, or to cleanse blockages, both physical and emotional. Possible experiences include; resolution and release of current problems, unresolved childhood wounds, birth memories, past life remembrances and stored trauma in the body. Many also experience encounters with the divine, transcendence of time or space, direct experiences of the primordial vibration, deep peace, unconditional love and orgasmic states.

In this virtual space, Natalia dedicates 40 minutes to active breathing, 10 minutes intention setting, and 10 minutes guided meditation to facilitate a deep connection with your body and ease into the active breathing process.


For the 30 minutes virtual session, you can do 20 minutes active breathing, 5 minutes intention, 5 minutes meditation.


During this virtual journey, Natalia's approach is centered around understanding your intentions, struggles, and guiding you to your own insights. Through the active breathing technique and meditation, she creates a virtual sanctuary for you to explore your inner world and tap into your innate wisdom.
